Our Commitment

Complete Drywall & Taping, Inc. is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with applicable accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) and relevant laws (ADA). We believe that everyone should have equal access to the information and services we provide online, and we are actively working to ensure our website is usable by as many people as possible.

Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological impairments.

Our website is currently in partial compliance with these standards. While we have implemented many accessibility features, there may still be areas of the site that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our site and address any issues as they are identified.

Features We Implement

To support accessibility, we have implemented the following features on our website:

  • Semantic HTML: We use meaningful HTML elements to convey document structure and relationships.
  • Keyboard navigation: The site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
  • Sufficient color contrast: We design text and controls with color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
  • Form labels and ARIA: Form fields are paired with descriptive labels, and ARIA attributes are used where needed to communicate state and purpose.
  • Alt text: Meaningful images include alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Resizable text: Pages remain usable when text is resized up to 200% using browser settings.
  • Skip-to-content link: A skip link at the top of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users jump directly to the main content.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, third-party content such as embedded maps may not conform to the same accessibility standards as our own pages. We continually review and improve the site, and we welcome feedback so we can identify and resolve accessibility barriers.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

Our website is designed to be compatible with modern browsers, including current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We test the site with common screen readers and other assistive technologies where feasible. Older browsers or assistive technologies that no longer receive security updates may not provide the best experience.

Feedback & Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve accessibility, please let us know. You can reach us using any of the following methods:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to work toward a resolution in a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Content

Our website includes content and services provided by third parties. Specifically, we use a Google Maps embed to display our location and FormSubmit to handle contact and lead forms. The accessibility of these third-party components is subject to the respective providers and may not fully conform to our own accessibility standards. We encourage those providers to improve accessibility and we monitor their content where we are able to.
